After spending 20 years in the customer service industry, I’m accustomed to collaboration, communication, and problem-solving. I’m also ScrumMaster certified and look forward to facilitating the collaboration and communication needed to manage projects for CareContent.

My interest in healthcare evolved when I was a benefits administrator for another company. Healthcare is a basic right and having information disseminated in a conversational style and making it accessible in this day and age of technology is what I find exciting about working for CareContent.
